This vacation turned her into a Fiance.

Ashlynn and Zion were visiting from Kentucky and enjoying some Florida sun. Zion had plans to propose to Ashlynn while here and what better way to capture it then with a photoshoot. Ashlynn's mom (who was still back home) created a ruse and told her she wanted updated photos of the couple while in Florida and that she would find the photographer for them.

That's when she called me and told me the secret! For a few weeks we sneaked around Ashlynn trying to find a good location and devised a plan on when and how he would drop down to his knee and propose. We pulled it off and she was so surprised! Needless to say, she said Yes! Check out the cutest beach proposal photos below!

We started the session off "normal", just photographing the couple. They were so cute and comfortable in front of the camera and made it easy! After a few shots, we made our way over to the beach area and got ready to execute the plan!

I told her to face me and that he'd run up behind her and grab her from behind. But obviously that wasn't the case. Such the cutest reaction as she said yes!

After some time to soak in the gorgeous ring, we jumped into their engagement photos!

As we were shooting, we watched as a storm was rolling in. They ran out and danced in the rain! They were such troopers in the rain! One of the funnest shoots I've had in a while!
