As a wedding photographer, I'm always excited when couples choose The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm for their big day. Located just west of St. Augustine, FL, this 42-acre equestrian estate offers everything I look for in a venue—natural beauty, versatile ceremony locations, and light that photographs like a dream.

Jess and Jessica's wedding day could not have been more perfect. The day started with some getting ready photos with each of their parties in their own suites right on the property. With ranch charm, each suite was just want you'd need for you and your party to relax and get ready in.

The property has a free standing beautiful oak tree adorned in Spanish Moss - perfect for some photo opportunity! We held their first look and vows to each other in the shade of this magical tree.

From there we headed over to the ceremony area that was lake-side with water reflections creating magical backdrops in the sun. There is also a very fun after ceremony tradition where about a month before the wedding, the couple goes to the venue and buries a bottle of bourbon upside down to "ensure clear skies and good fortune". And let me tell you- it works! The night followed into the reception fun and ending with a classic sparkler exit for any extra touch of magic.
