A hidden Gem in the heart of town
If you haven't been to Colab Gardens yet, let me just say — it's magic. Tucked a few minutes from downtown Stuart, this place feels like its own little world, all lush palms, garden paths, and that quiet, tropical hush that makes you forget you're anywhere near a city at all.
Honestly, my favorite thing about this venue is that it does so much of the heavy lifting on its own. Those palms overhead? Built-in drama, zero setup required. It's polished and gorgeous without ever feeling fussy — which is exactly the vibe Griffin and Melinda were going for.
Griffin and Melinda got married here, and honestly, the venue barely needed any help. Their ceremony happened right under this incredible canopy of palm trees, with family and friends lined up on either side and the sky doing its own soft, cloudy thing overhead. Melinda walked down in the prettiest strapless gown with a bouquet of white roses, Griffin was waiting in a sharp black tux, and by the time they were walking back up the aisle together — married, grinning, hands locked — the whole crowd was on their feet. That kind of moment never gets old to photograph.
